I have been in the insurance business since 1979 and with Michael Starr Insurance since 1993. My position as receptionist includes keeping up with incoming calls and assisting customers who come into the office. In the position of Data Entry, I'm responsible for the input of all personal lines policy information. I find the daily contact with so many different people can be both a challenging and rewarding experience.

I realize that insurance can be somewhat challenging to understand and take pride in assisting customers and providing them with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions about protecting their life, future and that of their family. My goal is for each customer to leave with a strong, confident feeling about the insurance coverage’s they have and the satisfaction of working with a team that truly does care about what we do!

I currently do the majority of the claims handling and processing for the agency. I am usually helping customers deal with very difficult circumstances during an auto or homeowner loss. I enjoy making sure their claim is handled quickly and fairly!
