I have been in the insurance business since 1979 and with Michael Starr Insurance since 1993. My position as receptionist includes keeping up with incoming calls and assisting customers who come into the office. In the position of Data Entry, I'm responsible for the input of all personal lines policy information. I find the daily contact with so many different people can be both a challenging and rewarding experience.

Michael Starr is the agency owner. He started his agency from scratch in 1989, and purchased a small existing ERIE agency in 1991. He has grown the Agency to it's current size using the core values of excellent customer service and going above and beyond client expectations.

I currently do the majority of the claims handling and processing for the agency. I am usually helping customers deal with very difficult circumstances during an auto or homeowner loss. I enjoy making sure their claim is handled quickly and fairly!
Pat joined the agency in 1995 and has a wealth of experience in all lines of insurance. She currently works in our commercial department and manages both her own customers and helps with Jim's client base.
